Who is Thrive90 for?
Thrive90 is ideal for adults going through transitions or feeling stuck, uncertain, or unfulfilled. You might be navigating a career shift, burnout, life change, or simply want to live with more intention. You don’t need a clear goal to begin—just a willingness to explore what’s next.
Is this therapy?
No, Thrive90 is not therapy. It’s non-clinical coaching focused on future-forward growth, self-awareness, and action. Coaching is great for people who want support, accountability, and clarity—not clinical diagnosis or mental health treatment.
How is coaching delivered?
All coaching sessions are conducted one-on-one via video call (Zoom or similar platform). You’ll also receive weekly reflections, exercises, and check-ins to help you stay on track between sessions.
How much time do I need to commit?
This will depend on the cadence we agree to during the Intake Session. Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly. You will have your session time (60 mins) and then any reflection or follow-up activities. The reward is in the work and the actions designed will be directly linked to the change you’re looking to enact. The experience is designed to fit into your life, not take it over.
Can I join if I’m really busy or unsure?
Absolutely. Thrive90 is built to support real-life schedules and real-life uncertainty. If you're feeling overwhelmed or unclear, coaching can help you move forward gently—without pressure.
What happens after the 90 days?
You’ll complete Thrive90 with tools, insights, and a personal roadmap to continue living and growing with intention. You can also explore continued coaching if you’d like longer-term support.
