Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
At MyBest Clinic, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from mybestclinic.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
2. Free Gifts and Promotional Items
If your order included a free product, sample, or promotional gift, it must be returned together with the purchased product to qualify for a refund. Returns missing these promotional items may result in a deduction from your refund amount.
3. Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Program Cancellation
If you cancel a program purchase (such as skincare or wellness bundles), only unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Shipping fees associated with the original order are non-refundable. Products that have been opened or used, as well as any digital materials included with the program, are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. MyBest Clinic is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify shipping details. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, a refund for the product(s) only will be issued; shipping fees will not be refunded.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s delivery status. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. 7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@mybestclinic.com within 30 days of delivery. After your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Damaged During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt by submitting photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging. Once verified, we will issue a credit or replacement for the damaged product.
Incorrect Product Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product from MyBest Clinic, please contact us within 5 business days. The product must be returned unopened and undamaged. Upon receipt, we will issue a credit or send the correct product.
Ordered in Error: If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you may return it unopened and undamaged within 5 business days of delivery. A $25 restocking fee and any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
9. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty or defective, please contact Customer Support. The item must be returned along with any required manufacturer forms. Upon confirmation of the defect, MyBest Clinic will replace the product within 5 business days.
10. Unexpected Skin Reactions
If you experience an unexpected negative skin reaction from a product, please report this to us immediately. To qualify for a refund or credit, you must follow the manufacturer’s usage protocols and submit a completed manufacturer form along with clear photographs of the reaction. After review and approval, we will issue a refund or credit.
