- Soften: Gently press the moistened cotton pad over the closed eye area, holding it in place for a few seconds to completely soften and break down the makeup bonds.
- Wipe: Swipe the cotton wool gently over the eyes to cleanly lift away all non-waterproof makeup residue.
- As a Soothing Eye Compress
- Apply: Generously apply the solution to two pads of cotton wool.
- Process: Place the moistened pads directly over the closed eye contour area and allow them to rest undisturbed for a few minutes to deeply soothe and refresh the tissue.
