How to Use
- Prep: Pre-cleanse, cleanse, and tone your skin thoroughly with your recommended Environ formulations.
- Device Assembly Matrix: Wrap a slightly damp (never dripping wet) conduction cloth around the back of the fully charged device, ensuring it completely covers both side metal conduction panels. Your palm must maintain constant, steady contact with both panels during your treatment.
- Turn On: Press and hold the centralized ON/OFF button for one full second. The device will automatically switch on to Programme 1 (indicated by a solid blue light).
- Target Settings: Unless your skincare professional instructs otherwise, utilize the pre-set Programme 1. If you are specifically contraindicated to electrical iontophoresis currents, select Programme 3 for pure sound wave sonophoresis action.
- Apply & Treat: Smooth your recommended active treatment serum over your chosen focus area. Place the flat part of the metal Treatment Head directly onto the wet skin. Hold the device completely static. Wait for an initial "beep" to signify execution. Hold still in that exact position for 15 seconds until the next beep sounds, then shift the head slightly—always slightly overlapping your previous treatment position.
- Moisturise: Keep the skin constantly wet during your treatment session, reapplying your serum as needed. Upon completion, massage any residual serum into the skin and finish with your recommended step-up moisturiser and broad-spectrum sunscreen.
- Acclimation Protocol: This advanced device is strictly recommended for clients whose skin is already normalized to Vitamin A. Always start low and go slow, gradually building up to a daily morning and/or evening routine to prevent an adverse skin reaction.
- Device Care Matrix: Never submerge the device in water. Wipe the device head with surgical spirits before initial use and periodically after that. Wipe with a clean, soft, damp cloth after every single use before storing it away inside its travel bag.
- Contraindications: Do not use this current-based device if you are pregnant, lactating, have a pacemaker, electronic implants, epilepsy, angina, arrhythmia, haemophilia, or have had Botox/fillers within the past two weeks.
