Hyaluronic Acid fillers are bio-identical to naturally occurring hyaluronic acid in human tissue. It occurs widely in the human body, from the skin to cartilage and even the body of the eye. These fillers integrate very well into our tissues to replace lost volume, support skin laxity and smooth individual lines. These products are known to stimulate collagen production and assist with skin remodeling and smoothing.
What can Dermal Fillers do for you?
Botox is a type of neuromodulator, similar to Dysport, and Xeomin. They work to relax muscle contractions that are associated with the formation of dynmatic lines.
Botox works by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles. Injected muscles can no longer contract causing them to relax and causing the wrinkles to soften. Effects are temporary and generally last between three and four months, at which point wrinkles gradually reappear and can be retreated. With repeated treatments, lines and wrinkles may become less severe as the muscles become conditioned to relaxing.
