Complete your health assessment at our clinic

Health Indicator: Blood Pressure, Pulse, O2 Saturation, Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, Red/White Blood Health, Kidney Function, Thyroid Health.
Body Metrics: Height, Weight, Waist Circumference, Body Fat Percentage, BMR.
Physical Review: Head, eyes, ears, nose, and throat.

Receive your 90-day weight loss plan

Understanding, planning and managing the type and number of calories an individual body requires each day to achieve their personal body happiness is central to the program. The medical team evaluates, plans and monitors adherence to the program. While predefined diet plans and meal prep ideas are available to individuals the medical team are not trained or certified dietitians.

Tracking: calories and composition

Individual weight is a complex issue with often serious mental and physical health implications. At the core of weight is the body’s metabolism and an individual’s Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) or the rate of energy expenditure per unit of time at rest. Food is energy measured in calorie units. Understanding, planning and managing the type and number of calories an individual body requires each day to achieve their personal body happiness is central to the program. Whether weight loss or weight management is the goal planning, tracking and management of energy intake is essential.

Note: Our medical team assesses, plans, and monitors adherence to the program. While predefined diet plans and meal prep ideas are available to individuals, please be aware that the medical team is not comprised of trained or certified dietitians.

1:1 COACHING

Lifestyle: hydration, exercise and sleep

Body shape has both intrinsic and extrinsic determinants. Intrinsic factors are largely inherited. Extrinsic or lifestyle factors are the variables the program works to achieve, the foundational elements of which are sleep, exercise and hydration. Exercise is again a complex personal experience. At its core, it is the exchange of energy (calories) for the physical effort to sustain or improve health and fitness. Fat is the body’s most concentrated long-term source of energy while diet is its short-term source. Understanding, planning and managing how many calories (energy) are being committed to exercise is central to building body shape.

Prescribed Medication

Individual medical interventions are prescribed within the BODY90 based on an individual’s medical intake, health assessment and determined corollary benefit. Interventions may include one or a combination of the following:

Targeted Nutrient Therapy
to manage hydration and boost metabolic function: IV Therapy (included) and Intramuscular Injectables (Included)

Pharmacotherapy
